Our vision and goal
At Innovar Solutions, we combine decades of field experience with advanced engineering to develop innovative downhole tools that solve complex wellbore challenges. Our goal is to push the boundaries of what is possible in well intervention, fishing and wellbore cleaning, helping our customers operate safer, smarter and more cost effectively.
History
Karluf Hagen established Innovar Engineering AS in 2000, based on a list of ideas for new and improved products. The ideas came from a long career with both service and operating companies in the oil industry.
In 2005, all activity was moved into Innovar Solutions AS to meet customer demands, growth and organizational challenges. All service and sales activity is handled by Innovar Solutions AS.
Middle East
Innovar Solutions Middle East FZCO (ISME) is a joint venture between Innovar Solutions AS and Habu Holding AS, a private investment company focusing on the energy sector. ISME is registered in Jebel Ali Freezone, Dubai, and opened for business in January 2018.
ISME in Dubai and ISCO in Saudi Arabia deliver equipment to all countries in the GCC, with equipment on hand in Jebel Ali (Dubai) and Dammam (Saudi Arabia). We are available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Current activity
Innovar Solutions provides a significant amount of fishing and wellbore cleaning equipment to the North Sea market. Funds are re-invested in product development to stay ahead of technology advancements.
Future
Innovar Solutions will develop business by providing our established products in the global marketplace outside Norway. The development of new solutions and products will continue.
With an open mind, we seek partnerships with other oil service companies to facilitate the distribution and marketing of our products.
Global presence
Our headquarters is in Sola, Norway. Innovar Solutions Middle East (ISME) in Dubai and ISCO in Saudi Arabia cover the Middle East. From there, and together with our partners, we deliver Innovar magnet tools and field support to operators around the world.
