Karluf Hagen established Innovar Engineering AS in 2000 with the basis in a list of ideas for new and improved products. These ideas derived from a long career with both service and operating companies of the oil industry.
In 2005, all activity was moved into Innovar Solutions AS to meet customer demands, growth and organization challenges. All service and sales activity are handled by Innovar Solutions AS.
Innovar Solutions provides a significant amount of fishing and wellbore cleaning equipment to the North Sea market. Funds are re-invested in product development in order to stay ahead of technology advancements.
Innovar Solutions will develop business by providing our established products in the global marketplace outside Norway. The development of new solutions and products will continue.
We will with an open mind seek partnership with other oil service companies, in order to facilitate the distribution and marketing of our products.
